Chief Executive Officer and Founder
David launched Homemanageables in 2006. His foremost objective for Homemanageables is to make a difference in the lives of mainstream consumers. With Homemanageables, David has created affordable, easy-to-use technology solutions designed to simplify life. The Homemanageables Starter Kit is just the beginning. Homemanageables is also creating consumer solutions for the environmental, healthcare, and telecommunications industries.
Before forming Homemanageables, David was Managing Director of Data In Motion, the One to One marketing business of C2 Media.
David has held positions in marketing, technology and management before joining C2 Media. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Integra Information, a Division of Microbilt Corporation. David led the implementation of several large-scale data enhanced marketing solutions for companies including Bank One, Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch and Deloitte Touche.
Deeply committed to pursuit of charitable causes, David sits on the boards of the Asofsky Family Foundation - a philanthropic foundation, and the Northern Westchester Emergency Shelter Partnership. He graduated, cum laude, from the University of Delaware.

Vice President, Strategic Development
Jay is responsible for identifying and fostering Homemanageables’ strategic partnerships, distribution networks, and joint ventures. He also leads development of marketing and sales strategy.
Jay joined Homemanageables from the Federal Trade Commission, where he provided strategic and technical leadership of the agency’s Consumer Sentinel Network, a secure web based information service used by law enforcement globally to combat consumer fraud, identity theft, and National Do Not Call Registry violations.
Prior to joining the FTC, Jay was a trial attorney with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's Western Regional office. He also practiced business litigation with two Los Angeles law firms, where he represented multi-national corporations and financial services companies.
Jay received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and his B.A. (with highest distinction) from the University of Michigan, where he was a James B. Angell Scholar. Jay is admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia.
